Beschreibung
Die Villa ist eine neu erbaute Luxusimmobilie, nur wenige Schritte vom Sandstrand von Santa Maria del Focallo entfernt.
Die Auswahl der Mòbel, die Innen- und Aussenbeleuchtung, die Details und die Farben wurden berùcksichtigt. Das Anwesen bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten an: Klimaanlage, Heizung, Kamin, WI-FI Zugang, einen grossen Parkplatz.
Die Villa besteht aus zwei Ebenen. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer (zwei Doppel- und ein Zweibettzimmer) mit drei eigenen Badezimmern mit Dusche sowie eine gut ausgestattete Kùche, die zu einem geràumigen und hellen Wohnzimmer fùhrt.
Eine Aussentreppe fùhrt in den ersten Stock, wo sich ein weiteres grosses Schlafzimmer befindet, das mit einem Doppelbett und einem eigenen Badezimmer ausgestattet ist.
Draussen befindet sich eine weitere Kùche mit Grill und Essbereich, ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein fantastischer Pool.

Bei Stornierungen bis 30 Tage vor dem Anreisedatum werden 50 % verrechnet.

Fantastic place!🤩 Very clean, tidy and inviting interior! You have everything you need both indoors and outdoors. Good communication with the host. Location is within walking distance of the beach. Otherwise, a car is an advantage if you want to get around to the nearest town, several restaurants and other beaches. Recommended! Note that check-in is really between 4-8 pm as stated, a fee applies if you arrive outside this time.
We had a great time in Sicilia. The Island is beautiful. Espacially the beaches an the old citys. The Villa Venere is amazing. The contact with Rosaria was perfect. She helped us in every situation. Thank you very much.

Villa Venere was very spacious, well equipped, tastefully decorated, very clean, with a lovely pool and three parking spaces. Isula Travel were professional and helpful when booking and up to arrival and we were well looked after during our stay. Minor glitches were fixed quickly. It is well positioned for beaches, shopping and the beautiful baroque cuties of south eastern Sicily. We would have loved to stay for a third week which should be the most telling compliment!
The accommodation was incredibly practical for two families. Four bedrooms and just as many bathrooms and toilets. Very luxurious and exactly as pictured. Great outdoor area with a pool and some surrounding land. Located close to a very beautiful beach, easily accessible on foot. The area around the villa wasn't always so clean… there was quite a lot of litter along the streets at times… unfortunately, a common sight in Sicily. A real shame… However, the villa itself was absolutely modern, clean, and top-notch! I would recommend it without hesitation! The beach was also very clean, as was the sea. All in all, absolutely fantastic!
