Villa Calamare - Villa in Sizilien

Our group of 10 friends had a fantastic stay at Villa Calamare. The villa is amazing, and its scenic location near the cliffs is beautiful, with only a short walk to the nearby “beach” (no sand, but great for an ocean dip). We particularly appreciated the thoughtful layout of the villa and outdoor area. The many seating areas and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom meant the space never felt crowded, allowing for both group activities and more quiet moments. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for cooking our meals. A car is necessary to access supermarkets and local towns. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return someday. Thank you!

Isula was attentive, pleasant and beyond accommodating! Our Villa was beautiful and Germana walked us through every amenity with a detailed explanation and a smile on her face. We had an amazing stay here. The place looked brand new and the interior design was top notch. Lots of (shaded) places outdoors to hangout, and the inside living area with AC was a nice bonus to cool off. The pool was perfectly clean, the bathrooms were pristine. My only side note would be that the shower at full strength gives more water than the drainage can handle, this caused some flooding. Once we were aware though it was fine. The house has a lovely sea view and it’s nice to walk up to the cliffs. If you follow them to the right, you soon reach stairs leading down to a rocky plateau where you can go snorkeling. For sandy beaches (with umbrella) we highly recommend Lido Agua - 20 min drive. The house is a little bit remote: there are no shops within walking distance and the road leading to the house fits 1 car but is used as a two-way street. But the area was safe and quiet. Lastly the hosts were incredibly nice and attentive. We would definetely book this house again.

We rented the beach villa for a week with 10 people and were completely thrilled. The villa was very clean and just as beautifully furnished as it appears in the photos on the website. Everything is modern, new and fully functional. The daily service was particularly pleasant: someone came every day to clean, tidy up and make the beds, so we didn't have to worry about anything – not even the rubbish. Once a week, the bed linen and all towels were changed, which made our stay even more comfortable. The villa offers plenty of space and is perfectly equipped, so you immediately feel at home. We can absolutely recommend it and would come back anytime!

Everything was perfect, from the rooms and bathroom to the kitchen – everything was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of room for 10 adults! The bay and the sea were also within easy reach!
