Overall not bad experience, yet there were some things that others should know prior to booking that we felt were not clear enough in the description. The good: + Check-in went very smooth & easily + Walking distance to Modica city center + Extremely clean + Welcome fruits/ pasta / cookies was very thoughtful & a nice touch + Very well equipped kitchen + Outside sitting area was lovely + Parking What we felt were negative points for us personally: - 'house' is actually 2 separate apartments that were only connected with a scary elevator that was used for luggage. Otherwise have to go outside the 'house' and walk steep steps to get to the top apartment. - There is a huge hotel & gas-station directly in-front that really ruined the view & hotel guests could look directly in. - Pool was really just a small plunge pool - Bottom bedroom/apartment really dark & everyone could look inside - Bottom bedroom felt damp despite dehumidifier. Overall ok, but in our opinion too expensive.
