Haus am Strand ist ein herrliches Strandhaus im ersten Stock mit eigenem Eingang, perfekt für diejenigen, die einen Strandurlaub suchen.
Das Haus liegt genau vor dem schönen Sandstrand von Santa Maria del Focallo, überqueren Sie einfach die Straße.
Die Immobilie wurde 2021 komplett renoviert.
Die Außentreppe führt in den ersten Stock mit einem umlaufenden Balkon, der sich auf die schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick öffnet. Der Eingang ist von der Küche / Wohnzimmer, mit einem Einzelschlafsofa. Das Wohnzimmer führt zum Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad.
Es ist möglich, außerhalb der Unterkunft in einem öffentlichen Bereich zu parken. Zu Fuß erreichen Sie eine Bar, einen Supermarkt und einen Zeitschriftenladen.
Am Strand direkt vor dem Haus können vom 10. Juni bis 31. August 2 Sonnenliegen und 1 Sonnenschirm gebucht werden.

Very helpful staff in finding our way to this lovely apt on the sea! Enjoyed our stay!
We received a fantastic welcome from Saro. He explained everything about the property. A delicious bottle of prosecco and a variety of treats were waiting for us as a welcome gift. You can ask any question via the app and get an almost immediate answer. It's a great location, just across the street and right on the beach. Fantastic views and a beautiful sunset! Perfect stay for two. Lovely balcony with all the amenities. We will definitely be back! Super host!
We received a very warm welcome from the owner and a guest manager who spoke excellent English. Everything in the apartment was explained and shown to us. They even had chilled Prosecco and delicious almond pastries for us. The recommended restaurant was also beautifully situated and offered delicious, fresh fish dishes. The apartment is very tastefully, modernly, and thoughtfully furnished for practicality, and it was spotlessly clean. Everything was provided in ample quantities: toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, towels, various pillows, cooking utensils, spices, vinegar and oil, coffee, garbage bags... We have never experienced such a complete range of amenities and comprehensive service. Saro was always reachable via WhatsApp and proactively offered us tips on things to do. The location is stunning; the sea is just across the street, and you can enjoy time on the terrace watching the beach life and the sunset. A small supermarket with fresh baked goods and a pizza place is also within walking distance!
We had a wonderful stay in this elegant, designer apartment right on the beach. From the moment we entered, we immediately felt at home: everything is furnished with great attention to detail and perfectly equipped, so you won't want for anything.
We were particularly impressed by the splendid terrace, from which you can admire the sunset over the sea every evening. The modern and comfortable furnishings invite you to relax and end the day in peace.
Another plus was the warm welcome from the owners, Angelo and Saro. They were always available, took care of everything, and provided us with valuable tips on excursions, restaurants, and activities. This made us feel completely welcome and in good hands.
We recommend this apartment without hesitation.
